This year had been a huge blessing for me.
A lot of things happened.
This year had been all about things happening at the same time. And it all went frantic.
But it was all good!
Here's a quick list of what had happened this year for me:
- 11 winnings on Student Convention. Crazy!- Lulus Paket C. Never thought this'll happen before I was even in year 12. Unbelievable!
- World Conference & HarvestFestival2013. Refreshing time for the soul, and reunion time!
- Aussie trip. Priceless vacation with pop's family!
- I turned 17. Not extremely happy with this. Still, extremely thankful!
- I wrote a script for my church's play, and basically prepare for the whole service! It was very simple, imperfect whatsoever, but this was the first production where I really had a huge responsibility, and really saw through the whole process :)
- Bali Trip 2013. A quick escape to the beautiful island, this time with my mum's fam :)
Other cheeky things:
- I lulus ujian piano and keyboard haha :D
- I got C privilege for the whole semester :)
- I moved on! From what? Who knows :p
- I attended lots'o sweet17 parties & celebrations :p
- I watched upacara 17 on TV :') after I missed it last year due to some trips :/
- PHANTOM OF THE OPERA.
- I missed school's christmas. First in 11 years :p
- among other things which I cannot mention here :p
Hmmm, i like to describe my 'years' with types of rides,
But trully this year I cannot describe it!
This year had been tense, all year long.
Still, with God's help, I somehow managed to get through it.
This year was a crazy year, so many unexpected things happened.
Lots of pressure, lots of hairfalls and tears and screaming why :p
But somehow I got through ( of course with God's help )
So,
I'm leaving this year with such joy that overflows,
For this year I can trully say,
Lord You are Good, and Your mercy endureth forver! :)
Hope you all embrace the upcoming year with happiness, and readiness,
Joy and hope,
Excitement and vision,
And have your best year yet!
Happy New Year 2014!
CHEERS!!!

MerrymerrymerryChristmas
I am so thankful for this Christmas!
I think this is the best Christmas yet!
I feel so lucky to be a part of my church's Christmas production,
I am so happy to spend the day bonding with my cousins,
I am grateful to reconnect and connect more with some friends of mine..
This really is the season to be jolly, and joyful, and thankful!
I can't thank Him enough for this beautiful 2 days: for this Christmas Eve and Christmas Day..
This year's Christmas does feel a little bit different.
I worried a lot during these 3 months about our christmas production, that I kindda miss out on the excitement of counting down towards Christmas, or preparing for the holidays.
But it was also amazing for 1000 other reasons :D
Anyway,
Ending this wonderful day,
Let me just wish all of you again, a
Merry Christmas!
Cheers!

Merry Christmas 2013
Merry Christmas all!
Last night was such an amazing experience!
It concluded all the heavy-but-exciting preparation, and I think we did well :)
Every thing in our Christmas Eve service went super smoothly, and every one was having so much fun :D
I never thought we could get to this kind of ending,
it was just too perfect :')
3++ months of preparation seemed totally worth it, even if it was just for 1 night, 1 performance :)
I can't thank all the committee enough for making this Christmas so beautiful.
Everyone had been working so hard, even sacrificing their sleep and time ! :D
The decor, the music, every thing :)
I can't thank the casts enough as well :)
They really brought my script to life :D
Although I don't plan on being a scriptwriter, at least I can be proud to say one of my script had been produced into a mini-play :)
Yesterday was concluded with a Christmas Eve late dinner with some of the committee and with my family.
It was beautiful and fun,
and last night was just so unforgettable.
Merry Christmas every one!
Hope y'all have a joyful and lovely Christmas,
Cheers!

Help out!
Helping others is not just 'another right thing to do'.
It's one of our responsibility to help people.
Sometimes we do help people,
But most of the times, we get picky in terms of who we should help.
Well, yes,
We can't always help everybody with everything, but look at what I found
Proverbs 21:13
"Whoso stoppeth his ears at the cry of the poor, he also shall cry himself, but shall not be heard."

Do not love sleep!
hey y'all!
I just found this very interesting verse,
it's from Proverbs 20:13;
"Do not love sleep, lest you come to poverty;
Open your eyes, and you will be satisfied with bread."
Ooops!
So you sleep-lovers out there, beware!
You have been warned!

Urgh!
Have you ever dreamed about things you knew could never come true?
I'm sure many of us have.
But what happens when they do come true.
And they exceeded what you imagined.
And now, instead of savoring them, you freaked out.
You want to get out of this.
Well,
I'm in that exact situation right now.
Stuck. But happy. But stuck.
Anyway,
Christmas prep is hectic!
And super fun, but also very tiring.
Pretty proud of my team so far,
hope we will be able to pull it off at the end.
But most importantly, I do hope many people that come to our Christmas service will be blessed,
by even the smallest little detail.
How simple it is, how amazing it is, how hard we've worked,
How the story and the service and the sermon touched their heart,
How warm and friendly the ambiance of the room is...
I prayed that God will bless the performance, and touch people's hearts through it :)
Work hard guys!
Meanwhile, I got to forget a little bit of the schoolwork and the so-called-future,
and stay present!
Enjoying the holiday, all the cakes and gifts and free time :D
Enjoying the time, really!
Well,
let me get back to what I do all day --> relaxing :p
Cheers!!!

Cannot Wait Any Longer
Christmas is coming to town, and boy, I am very, very excited!
What I love about this season is the hectic yet relaxed schedule of mine,
family gatherings, church and friend gatherings,
'tis the season to be jolly, y'all!
And yes, my schedule is deliciously hectic.
But I love it!
Rehearsals almost every other day, lots of things have to be written down and thought out, and lots of people have to be trained for the day so that everything went well..
The most important (and exciting) thing about this season though, is not what we do but why we do this.
Why we prepare such an event, why we went through all the troubles and push on to produce this event.
It's because we want to give our best to God, we want to celebrate, commemorate His birth, we want to celebrate the joy, love, peace that is within us, given by Him.
We want other people to feel what we feel, the gladness that we have because He came.
That's the best reason of all!
So,
I shall get back to preparing Christmas,
Cheers!

Rough
Life's not always about fun..
Most days we are dealing with things we do not like at all.
Yesterday I just heard of a shocking news that broke my heart. One of my friend's grandmother had died of a very unfortunate cause. It was very sad and shocking.
This morning when I woke up, I learned that Nelson Mandela had also passed away. This is a very sad news I am sure for a lot of people. Not only for South Africa, but for everybody that believes in the importance of education, and equality, and peace. He taught the world many things, and he changed the world.
A very though time, very rough hours.
I hope everyone out there is doing better.
We can never hope to meet someone and never to say goodbye to them. People does come and go, in their own ways, at their own times. What we can always do is to learn from them, and try to, somehow, make the world a better place.
We can never hope to establish a perfect world, where there is no crime, and discrimination, and mean people. But we can start somewhere and change the world for the better.
cheers,

Hola!
Hola Amigos!
Wow it's been a thousand years since I posted here!
But life's great :)
I struggled with school a little bit (Well maybe a little bit more than that),
but, who doesn't? :D
I WATCHED THOR: THE DARK WORLD and CATCHING FIRE!!! :D:D:D
Love 'em.
I am hiding my head beneath all the text books that I have to finish by the 2nd week of December,
and with my Christmas project that should be done by Christmas eve,
and with New Year's Eve thingy,
and with lots'o other stuff that I'm super excited about!
Student Convention 2014 is coming and I'm ready for it!
(Iwillbeready)
I withdrew from some of the competitions so I can focus more and give&get the best results!
Excited to go to SC, excited to see every body that's coming ;)
Meanwhile,
I'm also preparing for my graduation.
Super excited about what's coming,
about the not-knowing-yet where I'll be in the next year,
Just hoping everything went well and smoothly :)
How's life?

The reason why I read
Hey peeps! :D
These days I have been *finally!* reading again! Wohoo!
I bought 2 books in the weekend, Melbourne and Refrain, both by Winna Efendi and I am a fan!
I love the way she created her characters, they are typical-yet-unique types of characters, and I love how she arranged her chapters! Based on 'wishes' (Refrain) and Songs (Melbourne).
Which got me into a big music scouting!
I have been downloading like tons of mp3s, the ones that inspired Melbourne and the ones I ike but never had the chance to really listen to.
I have a few favorites now,
1. Back to You - John Mayer
I love this song so much, I don't know why! I love the melody and all.. It's a 'fairly simple' song, but then that's what I like, I guess? :)
2. What You've Done To Me - Samantha Jade
I first discovered her when she sang in the X-Factor Around the World (which I watched of course from YouTube). It's such a shame that her voice and the music didn't blend that well in that particular performance, but it sounds great in the MP3 :D and I'm loving Sammy's voice, and her strong control over her voice, which is very rare! I am definitely going for more of her songs :)
3. Adam Levine
He is one of the rare person in the business that really has an amazing voice! I am surprised and I'm loving it, but I don't really enjoy all the songs that he sang. I love Daylight, Payphone, these kinds of songs. Move Like Jagger, yes. I love his 'duet' with Slash, Gotten, it's an emotional song. So I'll have to look harder for the kinds of songs that I love from him.
Back to the reading!
Now, after I read in the weekends, it's like something of me is activated!
The part of me that live, and breathe, and smile, and laugh, and cry!
It makes me feel so alive, I can't describe it. I haven't felt this way in a very long time.
And just like any other books, these 2 inspired me to write :)
Stories began popping up in my head!
Which reminds me,
My Church Christmas Project is going awesome! We've got rehearsals started, and then the props are coming, and the whole event is going to come together. Can't wait to see more progresses!
That's what you've done to me,
Cheers!!

Just some more random stuff
I am in the phase of missing just about every thing I know.
I miss dancing. Like a lot. I want to dance!!! D:
I want to speak through my movements, coz that feels amazing :)
I miss my baby cousins :(
Even though, technically, they're not babies anymore.
:D
I heard they'll be coming to Semarang soon,
so I can't wait for that!
And enough for the mellow feeling,
now it's time for some excitement.
I have been chosen to write the script for my church's Christmas drama! :D:D:D
I'm super excited!
I know this will be a huge opportunity, and will boost my knowledge about the art of theater and drama,
and I'm so excited to be working with some of the most creative and passionate person in the town!
And this will be exciting, because it's different than anything we've ever done before,
AND!
My WHOLE family is going to be here, watching.
Oh how I'm looking forward to this Christmas.
Most of all,
it's because I love Christmas it self and I promise myself to make this Christmas the best ever yet.
Can I succeed?
Only time will tell!

Randomly Checking In
I bore myself to death yesterday,
couldn't do anything productive!
I don't know what happened to me yesterday,
but today was the opposite :D
i feel better, energetic yet calm :)
I started doing PACE again today :p
and hopefully I work on my Christmas project for the church x_x (should be done by tomorrow! urgh)
Btw,
I'm thinking of doing several 'personal' projects that'll last for quite a few while..
Like maybe doing something for Christmas, or for New Year,
but starting from now..
Hmmm, any ideas, anyone?
Okay,
this post is totally random.
I'm going to stop 'talking' and continue my works!

September 23, 2013 - Seventeen going on Eighteen
Hmph.
Am I really getting older?
I guess I am :)
People looked at me (or my pictures) with disbelief...
They can't believe that I am turning 17.
And I'm with them!
It's still hard to say that I am 17,
Again, I still want to stay 16 :(
But looking waaayyy back to years and years ago,
Every year God manages to always give me exciting things throughout..
So I guess I'll just have to wait faithfully for what He has in store for me in the next year :)
Anyway,
I wanted to thank all of my friends from TT, Krismit, and DI for always being there for me,
Always cheering me up when I need a bit of a lift :)
Love you guys so much; you guys are THE best! :D
Of course I also wanted to thank my family.
No family is perfect, I believe.
But then that's why we are a family, because we accept each other's strenghts and flaws..
You guys are awesome :)
Hmm, now the hard part,
Talking about birthday presents! :p
Honestly, the hardest question besides, "What's your favourite food?" is "What do you want for your birthday?"
Heck I want a lot of things!!!!!! :D:D
I want nice shoes, dresses, make up equipment *muahahahaha no.*
Books, guitars, more books, ukulele, some more books........ :p
So to that question I can only say, "Oh you don't have to give me anything."
It's not a lie though!
I want those things doesn't mean I need them to give me that :)
This year I got 2 beautiful watches,
A picture frame with my picts *duhhh*
and one more gift that I want to buy for myself hahaaa :p
Not sure yet but we'll see :)
If you ask me about this past year,
I can tell you lots and lots of amazing stuffs.
But if you ask me about the upcoming year, I can only answer with three words,
"I don't know."
I don't know yet where I'll be next year.
I could already be in college! :D or doing some missionary school-typething, or doing internships...
We'll see, i guess? :D
Hoping for another great great year,
This is me, now officially 17, out!

22 September 2013 - Sad, Beautiful, Tragic
I'm so sad right now, it's not real.
I just had the most amazing day, actually..
But I realized, today is the last day of me being a 16yo girl! :O
Time flies so very quickly,
I can still imagine me dreaming about being a 16 y.o. girl, and now one year later I had to move on to be 17...
And I wonder, is being 17 going to be as fun?
I went to my first away trip to StudentConvention with my friends, and we had so much fun!
I passed my Paket C examination with a remarkably good result.
I had the trip of a lifetime to Aussie with my whole family.
I met so many new friends,
And yet manages to get even closer with my old ones..
I learned how to drive! Haha :)
I passed an IELTS Test with a good mark.
I was offered a HUGE Christmas project at Church :)
The future has been calling louder and clearer now :)
I had been learning so much about life, and having a blast living my life.
I'm not so sure 17yo is going to be as fun.
Plus, I feel like when you turn 17, you are somehow demanded to be mature in an instant click.
So not fun.
I mean, what's so special with the number '17'?
But time never stop ticking,
And i will have to go to sleep and face the reality that I will be 17 tomorrow, even i I dislike it so very much.
I just wish that the coming year is going to be better.
And I pray that in the next year I can become a better person :)
So,
This is me, being 16 for the last hour, Out!
CHEERS!
-*^^*-
I just had the most amazing day, actually..

Life's good! :D
How's your life?
Mine's awesome :D
I had a few 'bored' moments throughout the week, but I had amazing moments as well ! :)
Last week, my dad celebrated his birthday and went to a little vacation with mum. Me and my sister were left, in our house, alone! :'( :'(
I missed them soooooo much, because they left us with tons of food in the fridge from the dinner party we had. Now, I love having food available in the fridge, ready to go at any time. But not that much!! Our fridge was never that full before, ever. What's worse, there was only 2 kinds of food, to eat as lunch, dinner, breakfast, for a few days straight.
ugh.
Anyway,
those horrible time of my life is now over! Mum and Dad are home now, yay!
But Dad's not the only one celebrating his birthday, I got a few friends celebrating their birthdays too last week, so happy birthday to you all! :D
Yesterday was exciting as well. I got offered a huge project for our church! And I can't wait!
This is my first time handling such project like this, and I'm excited to see it through.
Hint: it has something to do with Christmas
:D
I really hope that I can pull it off nicely though, since I love me my Christmas so very much :(
AANNNDD LASTLY!!! :D
Today I got my EILTS test result which I took a couple weeks ago.
And the results are pretty exciting. HAHA.
I don't really want to leave home, but can I just say,
man, I can't wait for college years.
Love and Peace.

True Believer - At First Sight SPOILER ALERT
I am a huge fan of Nicholas Sparks' books. I love most of his book :D Even after writing a lot of novels, he manages to always bring up a new, fresh stories. Well, that's what writers do, after all :p
A few months ago (Or was it last year?) I bought True Believer. It's a really touching story about a journalist from New York named Jeremy Marsh, and he came to this small city Boone Creek, to investigate some strange shadows of fog in a cemetery. There, he met Lexie Darnell, and fell in love. The rest of the book then tells how the feelings resolved etc.
I love this book! It manages to capture the small town feel, with the closeness of the city members. And it's a happy ending book! I love happy endings! I think most Nicholas Sparks' novels end happily and that's why I love them :p
Then, last week when I went to Singapore, as usual, we went book hunting in Kinokunia. I love the place, have been coming there for years. Starting from looking for comics or children story books, to now novels and cookbooks :p ( I love seeing the delicious food photos :p ) And even though I found several interesting novels, I didn't really want to purchase them just yet, they were not 'attracting' enough, which was a real bummer -- I really wanted to buy something! I hadn't bought a new book for months now, and the last books that I bought - hmm let's just say they weren't very nice.
Then, I saw on one of the shelves, Nicholas Sparks' novels! All waiting for me to buy the, :p hehee
So I bought then the sequel of True Believer, which is At First Sight. I wanted to buy the other novels, of course, but I wanted to finish this 'series' first. And when I hold the book, I was like, "ooh yeah, this is what i want." So I went ahead and bought it :)
That night I couldn't sleep! I couldn't take my eyes off the book! I started reading it and I just couldn't stop.
The story began with Jeremy leaving New York to now live in Boone Creek. He had proposed to Lexie before, and we learned from the ending of True Believer that Lexie is pregnant. This book told the 9 months they shared together, preparing the wedding, being a married couple, and facing their future as parents as well as other difficulties.
This book (SPOILER ALERT!!!!!) has a sad ending, though :(:(:(
I was really sad after reading it :( It did have a strong conclusion though, and if it didn't end that way, it won't be strong enough, and it won't be Nicholas Sparks. But still, I wished it could be happier :')
I finished reading at around 00:30 :p
super late for me, as every body else were already sleeping :p
Do i regret buying the book? No, not really. I just much prefer the True Believer, for sure :)
Hmmm can't wait to buy another novel :p The Longest Ride, maybe :)

Phantom of the Opera
This week end we stole a few days and went to Singapore :D
The main reason was to watch this show, Phantom of the Opera.
Now Phantom of the Opera is one legendary show! It's based on a French book by Gaston Leroux, and has been adapted to films and stage shows countless of times.
I heard that the production was coming to Singapore a few months ago, but I thought I have no time to watch, and I was really bumped. But then one day, as I sat down watching the TV, I saw the trailer and learned that it was ( at that time ) still playing in Singapore until 31 August. I was soooo happy and asked if we could go to Singapore and come to the show as productions like this doesn't always come to Singapore - let alone Indonesia.
So we did. And the performance was INCREDIBLE!
I felt like I was a little bit under-dressed though, coz like every body was wearing tux and gowns, and I was just wearing a nice shirt (semi dress) and no jeans (fortunately :D). But I was forgiven because some others were actually wearing T-Shirts and jeans. No offense.
We arrived at the MasterCard Theater a little early, *hehee too excited, and btw by we I mean me and my fam* and we waited for about 5-10 minutes until the doors were opened. We then "climbed" about 4 stories up (nope we didn't take the elevator don't ask why) and finally got to our seat :)
We were in the far up level, so we couldn't really see the actors faces (expressions etc) well, but we could still see everything else. First thing I said after we got our seat was, "LIVE ORCHESTRA!!!" I didn't know why this made me freak out in joy, because it should be expected, rite? But I was just soooo happy with the fact that the actors weren't singing minus ones, and that the actual music was real. They were warming up at that time.
People started coming in and filling the house up, and it was a full house situation. The lights dimmed off and the amazing show started.
My, my. Those guys really did know how to dance and sing! They were quite (not 'extremely', but you get the idea) precise, and their voices are so beautiful. The three lead actors/actress, were played by 3 amazing actors (and actress). The story it self was a wonderful plot, and seasoned nicely with such good music.
The sets were incredible. The quality of the sound was incredible. And I love that when the Phantom talked, his voices were 'distributed' unevenly throughout the theater, and that made some of us really turned around and wonder, "IS HE THERE??"
Just simply amazing..
I gotta admit though, that during some not-so-intense scenes I nearly slept :p:p:p because I was tired from the flight and all the walking, but I did not sleep :D repeat, I did not sleep :)
And I would love it if in the beginning the mics of the 'bidding' scene could be a little louder, coz i could hardly heard any of the conversations :(
But then the rest was awesome. One unforgettable experience! :D
If the production ever come to where you live, you SHOULD go and watch it. Save a bit of money and give yourself a little pat-in-the-back by getting the middle-front seat :p (I didn't :( but that's okay :D)

ME. HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE :D
Today was a big day for me :)
Finally, after 4 months of waiting,
I am now, officially, graduated from Senior High! :D
SO EXCITED :D
This morning begins really rough for me. I forgot to bring the my sort-of-ID card that's required to take the certificate of my Senior High. AND I realized it when I'm already half-way through my 1.25 hour ride to Salatiga - no turning back.
I thought I was going to blow up.
I feel like I wanted to just blame everybody for not reminding me, but at the end of the day, I know that it's my fault. It just doesn't feel fair. But as always, God helped me stayed calm, and in the end, I didn't have to show that ID-card! Ha! So relieved!!
When I got the certificate, obviously I will first look at my scores. Even though the scores are not as high as I hoped, they were way higher than what I expected! :D Still very thankful! :D
Now I know that all my hard works had paid off..
With God nothing that we do is in vain! :)
Still in the 'forgetful' theme,
I forgot to bring my guitar, when we (me and a few friends) already agreed to rehearse.
--' Ckck.
But that's fine :) We figured it out!
and it's so fun now to play the ensamble with 2 extra members, it just makes it more alive :)
Can't wait for the final result of our song! :D
After school,
I 'sort of congratulate' myself with a 'White Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie' from Koinonia (in Salatiga) :)
*for doing a fairly good job with the Examination :p*
Hmmmm it tastes okay. :p
you can really taste the White Chocolate *although I would prefer if it was dark chocolate :p*
and the strawberry does cut through the sweetness and give it just a little bit of sourness..
Lovely place as well! :)
Today was huge,
but still, can't wait to see what God will bring tomorrow :)

The LIttle Mermaid
Can you believe this:
I have lived 16 year 11 months of my life,
I have seen the The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea, and The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning
But I have never ever watched the Original, the first Little Mermaid movie!
haha :p
that's why when the stage version came out I was like, whaa?
I never heard of the songs, etc.
Like, I know the story line , blahblahblah,
but i've never actually watched the actual movie itself.
So,
last night I FINALLY watched it for the first time in my live!
and I LOVE IT !
Ariel's voice is soo beautiful, and no wonder Prince Eric falls for her :)
and the kingdom Atlantica is a beautiful place to live :')
There's music every where, pretty fishes and seahorses, and just enough magic to make it Disney ;)
Now,
Little Mermaid is not the only classic Disney movie that I haven't watched.
So Sad, So True :(
That's why, in the next couple of week I'll be trying to catch up with the other Disney Fans to watch movies like Tarzan, Mulan, Lady and the Tramp.
Can't believe I've never watched them before!
Then, and only then! I can call my self, a Disney fan :)

68th Independence Day
In this very happy day, I'm reminded of a few things.
Our God loves us so very much, and He blesses us abundantly.
The blessings doesn't always comes out as material gifts, but it came in all sorts of ways.
Even before we know ourselves, He has poured out His kindness by putting us in places that He knows is best for us,
In this case, He put me in this lovely Indonesia.
Another great gift He gave is my amazing friends.
I may not have the most amount of friends, but I have the best Best Friends one could ever have. Ever.
Truly, my friends are the most amazing thing that I have ever known and they've helped me through the most difficul times.
"... And there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.." :)
Also,
He once gave me one special brother that also helped me get through 'growing-up-in-JuniorHigh' safely.
I'm also very thankful for him.
I'm thankful for my family,
I'm thankful for everything,
But most of all, today,
I'm thankful for this beautiful country, Indonesia.
Nationalism comes and goes,
Many young people this days do not appreciate where we live anymore.
I think it's because we're only exposed to Indonesia's bad side, and it made us feel we 'know' Indonesia, and we don't really like it.
But honestly, there's just so many GREAT things about this country that God has created that we should celebrate about. There's so much to see than can ever be seen, and more to do than can ever be done! *haa Disney alert! :p Ooooh btw Disney should make a movie with Indonesia as the setting. So good!*
So I hope in the coming years, more people realizes how lucky we are as Indonesian,
and care more to make this country better!
Happy Independence Day!

Holiday Challenge - Food in Australia
Wow. The holiday is officially over, and now it's Back-to-School time!
yup!
The last 2 weeks of my 'summer' holiday was spent mostly in Sydney with my big family - my grandparents, my aunties and uncles, and my dad, mom, and sister :)
But! Before I'm talking about anything related to school,
I just want to finish the Holiday Challenge with Aussie Trip Recap! :D
yup!
The last 2 weeks of my 'summer' holiday was spent mostly in Sydney with my big family - my grandparents, my aunties and uncles, and my dad, mom, and sister :)
We had LOADS of fun! :D
*What might not be so fun is the looks of the maitre d's, knowing we had around 10-17 people in our party WITHOUT RESERVATION*
Every time I went to a different place, I'm always curious about the food that they offer in that place. Especially in Aussie, not all the food is classic Australian. There's also Chinese *of course :p*, even Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, also things like Italian, Spanish, even Greek!
I think in this post I'm going to review all about foodies stuff! :D
First Day in Aussie, we were in Melbourne.
We stopped by at this Churros shop, which sell churros with all kinds of dipping sauces and hot drinks. It was delicious and warming, since it was cold out for it was my first ever WINTER! :D:D
Btw, one thing I love about eating out in US or Aussie, water is always free! hahaa :P:P sometimes they even had already provided the water pitchers and glasses, and we just took some ourselves :D
So we had Churros for snacking, then we had Vietnamese pho for dinner. The place is called 'Mekong' restaurant, and in front of the store there's this sign 'President Bill Clinton had 2 bowls, how many can you have?'
Seems exaggerating? maybe. Seriously though, it's one of the best pho I've ever tasted.
GAZI Restaurant.
On the second day, we toured and went to some universities, and had lunch in this Thai resto. It was nice, but it was not the highlight of the day. That night, I went to GAZI Restaurant.
Now, as you might know, I LOVE masterchef Australia series. Since I was there in Aussie, I might as well tried their food creation by visiting one of their restaurants! And Gazi is a new restaurant, so I went there and first thing that I notice was how warm the place is! Hahaa! like really warm, and also cozy but modern as well. (The female toilet even has PINK lights, pink hand wash and hand lotion which smells super nice)
The food was amazing, although it might be a little pricey and it might be a little too much for us. We ordered the 'Do It Greek Style' 10 courses menus. We ended up not finishing all of the food, but we were (or at least I was) very happy and pleased by every thing. The bread was warm and the dips was fresh, the fish was tasty, the souvlakia were delicious. The dessert was also very nice :) Very pleasing!
Hurricane's Grill in Bondi
Moving on to Sydney!
Hurricane's Grill has been famous for its steaks and ribs, so that's just what we ordered. Steaks and ribs. The steak was juicy and flavorful, the ribs are sticky, sweet, succulent! The waiters are very friendly as well, and helping this "Can we have this, can we have that?" family sincerely :D:D
Pancake on the Rock
When I heard the name, I thought, "Is the Pancake going to be served on top of stones, like those spa stones?"
Nope.
Turnes out, the 'ROCK' is the name of the area! Right across the Sydney Opera House :D
The pancake was so fluffy and yummy! Really filling though for 'just' a pancake :p
It was more like a cake, so maybe if you want to recreate this, grab a cake mix and pour it on your pancake pan :)
I had the chocolate pancake, and even though I have to say, I love the plain one better, the chocolate pancake was sooo rich and they don't skimp on the chocolate! And if you want even more moist and fluff, order the extra buttermilk one! But really, you don't have to. It's already nice!
Lowenbrau Keller
I had Greek in Australia, I had German too. And unlike Gazi, which is still very 'modern and Aussie', Lowenbrau threw me right to Germany. And this is no place for families too I think, haha :P even though at the end of dinner time I love the place, it was very scary at the beginning. Very noisy, lots of people screaming and drinking. There might be some drunk people as well. Not an ideal place for families, but yummy food!
This is the first time I tried German food and they're nice! Very different to our food here in Indonesia, but it was just as tasty and delicious.

If you drink beer, *which I don't for I'm not old enough :p* they had yummy beers here :) *Can you say beer 'yummy'?* They brew their own beers so the flavors are still sweet.
It was a fun experience overall in Lowenbrau *Still in the Rock area, btw!*
Gloria Jeans
Now, Gloria Jeans is more like Starbucks than a restaurant - you know that, don't you?
I never ever heard about this before, but then there I just had like 100s of glasses of Gloria Jeans haha :D:D
of course it must be the caramel stuffs- caramel latte, macchiatto, i don't know.
nice nice nice!! :D:D And in Aussie, you can find Gloria Jeans literally in every corner! Countless, heaps!
That's my foodie highlight!
Mostly we ate chinese, thai, korean food when we weren't trying these other special foods :)
Oh and also Subway!!!! :D:D:D yes I had Subway like 3 times, and your average KFC *Or was it McD?*
One more thing.
In Sydney I lived in a hotel-apartment place typething, and I lived just across a mall with Coles :)
Right outside the Coles, there is this shack selling Crepes!
I had no chance to try their crepes until juuusstt the last night there, while the others were having dinner at a nearby Korean BBQ *Just 1 block away :p*
I ran to Coles and bought the crepes with nutella+banana.
Ha! Delicious! And it wasn't just nutella-delicious, the batter itself was delicious! And the texture is so cute :P it wants to be crispy but it can only stay soft :p:p:p
So,
wherever you are going, make sure you try foods from there, foods sold there, anything tasty and anything good, try them! Be adventurous about food! Especially if you are travelling with your family, every meal is going to be fabulous :)
CHEERS!

P.S: Coke frosty is superb. underline.

After Castle, this one is a new fave! Go check it out! It's definitely lighter than say CSI and Hannibal *Ooops unrelated i think*, but still amazing and tense!
But I also had some nightmares O.O yep yep, but I'm fine anyway! :)
Can't wait to see my cousins in a few hours!:D
Cheers!

Holiday Challenge - Day 12
An amazing closing to an amazing week! :D
Had a beautiful service, beautiful lunch, and beautiful packing session!
You know, opening up old stuff, finding new stuffs? :)
The only thing that messes around with me today is, emotion and patience.
Oh my, why can't these 2 just stop teasing me? I wanted to be calm, but it seems like i can't.
People are screaming, people are sighing heavily, the burden of the earth seems to be on their shoulders. And when they do talk, it seems like they wanted me to carry those burdens too. Gosh.
A small voice inside of me wanted to scream and end all these. But I'll try to retain as best I can.
btw,
fave word this week: Posh.
No, not a person posh, the adjective posh. :P
anyway,
Thank you for this amazing weekend, and a closing for a great month as well!
See you next time, June,
and I present to you, July!

Holiday Challenge - Day 11
OMG!
I just had the most amazing week in my life!
5 days of amazing reunion with 'family' from all over the world,
and today, I met most of my Junior High friends! :D:D
We had lunch together, and just talked about things...
It was so fun :)
I met a friend who I haven't met in 2 years, or haven't spoken too in years.
I miss all them so terribly, and today was a good day meeting them.
:)
resting again!
Sleeping, finishing up my 'hibernation' :D
Cheers!

Holiday Challenge - Day 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 RECAP
I know, I'm cheating a little bit by writing recap,
but i've been soooooo busy!
Quite like last year, I went to Jakarta for Harvest Festival 2013 :) It was a lot of fun!
But before that, we have our 8th WORLD CONFERENCE! YEAAYY !! :D:D
If y'all remember, the last WC was held in Semarang, in 2009 :D I'm so proud of what the Semarang Committee did 4 years ago, and now it was held back in Jakarta.
I was a very young girl, 7th going on 8th grade. Knew nothing about the world except FUN.
My dad was appointed for the 2nd time as the President of my church's organization. It was his 4th period serving in the organization as well.
4 years later,
I came as a 16 years old girl. Knew enough that the world is a fun place to be, but a tough one too.
Our church's founder once again steps up to be the President, marking the end of my dad's 13 years of serving in the organization.
To be honest, I think i take this thing rather dramatic. Like, every time i think about it i always in tears. 13 years. Almost as old as my sister. I really don't know how our lives will be without my dad serving in the headquarters, always busy and emailing here and there :) But it has been a great 13 years, and I'm honored to be his daughter :)
moving on!
during one-and-a-half day of WC, as what it is called, we had a conference.
Actually, I'm not an official invitee in this event, as I'm not a pastor (only some pastors are invited to join the conference). They were discussing about bylaws and it was reallllyyy boring. Really boring. BUT!
one, i know i need to learn this thing :) *although I only survived from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. then i had to excuse myself and go back to the hotel *lol* :P*
two, I wasn't the only one who was bored to the max! I was 'accompanied' by some pastors' kids. We were known as "Anak Apostolik" *Apostolic Kids* Either it was a prophecy, or just bad grammar. maybe both? :p
What I love about WC is people from all over the world gather together *from36 countries to be exact*,
but we don't just gather there to discuss things, but we gather there with a spirit of togetherness. So people from India, Africa, US, Spain, we all come together and have a really great time.
Also I looooovvvveee meeting all this lovely servants of God, that i've known since forever, that I only get to meet once every year or two.
And also, during WC, re-branding of our church was introduced. It's now IFGF! :D
I'll miss the old logo and all that stuffs, but I'm looking forward toward our church's new direction :)
after 1-and-a-1/2 days of WC, we moved to Balai Sarbini for 3 days of Harvest Festival!
and like HF 2012, HF 2013 ROCKS!
Somehow the energy is just higher, and maybe because I see more young people *including the 'Anak Apostolik' :p* than last year. I really felt the Holy Spirit working through each and every people that came, in many different ways. I hope every body had a good time like me.
It was a tiring week.
We got up at 6-7, have to leave early, then we had event for a day, from 8-9 a.m. until 9-10 p.m., with minimum break and maximum sleepyheadness.
But it was fruitful and fun.
Ahh gonna miss all those people
and all the good times.
now,
off to resting, and meeting with BFFs tomorrow!

Holiday Challenge - Day 4
Hihi the day is almost over and here I am JUST STARTING to write what's happening today :)
First of all,
I'm so happy to do some math work! Like, it was super hard, and I had a few technical difficulties. So even though it wasn't much, i really felt like working :)
Second,
We went on a shopping spree!! :D By we, I mean me my mom and my sister :) now, we have never done this before ever ever, with an exception of when we were in Surabaya a few years ago, as we left our -- my sister's and my -- luggage at home. :p weren't we smart? :D
Three,
Ice Cream! S2! VJ Daniel! OMG! What nice combo, huh? :D
Four,
I got to spend the rest of my evening with my friends, with 2 of my best friends :D I'm so greatful of having them, and on this occassion I actually want to say HAPPY SWEET 17 to one of them! :D:D:D heaps of love, :)
Five,
I did a little workout today, and I felt great!! :D well, it wasn't an 'official' workout, I was just vacuum-cleaning my room. But it was fun and tiring at the same time --> it's what workouts are all about, rite?
Alright i'm out!
Back to talking with ma girls! :D
Cheers!!

Playing playstation *probably not my fave, especially the car race games, but..... :) *
chillin' out with cold, sweet treats :)
happy days!
I felt so bored though in the morning..
like, I have loads to do, but I didn't want to do them, but then it made me feel so bad, but still i didn't want to do it..
Yeah, holidays are awesome.
Anyway, that's my day.. :)
and I'm staying up late tonight!
CHEERS!
-*^^*-
P.S: made a little guacamole today and it was nothing like anything i've tasted before. It was unbelievably fresh and delish!

Holiday Challenge - Day 2
With the sound of the rain starting to fall,
Let the writing begin! :)
Hari ini tepar di kamar, nggak bisa ngapa-ngapain, untungnya
nggak begitu bosan juga :D
Hasil dari tepar juga adalah, I have no work to do! :D
So happy, and for once this week, I actually felt free :’)
This evening was spent around music! So it’s singing, guitar-ing,
downloading songs and lyrics and chords :)
This past couple of days I’m so into
Rio’s soundtracks. My favorite, of course, is the Take Me to Rio. It’s very
soulful and kind of deep, calming and almost solemn even *for me :p*, yet still
very fun and rhythmic!
Oh btw, I know I should be talking about stuff that happened
TODAY, but I just want to share this one thing with you! :D
Yesterday I made microwave bread pudding. It was delish! :D
especially because I topped it with my one and only chocolate jam :P but it was
really good, fluffy and flavorful, partly because I used bread with cheesy
topping. Delightful!
One more thing.
I’m so happy right now because I found one fab fav movie.
Mission Impossible : Ghost Protocol.
As the rain stops, let me bid ya’ adieu, and see ya’
tomorrow!
CHEERS!

Holiday Challenge - Day 1
Yo!
Imma start another challenge!
Haven't been writing a lot lately,
and the holiday's here!
so here's the challenge,
I'll write a diary,
every single day,
of what had happened in the day..
I think it's going to be exciting, as there'll be some amazing events going on..
but we'll see :)
starting with today!
Today, was quite unique, because it started off with something quite unexpected :)
As the day gone by, I kept looking for stuff to do..
I was bored to death! I mean, I had works to do, but it's holiday, come on!
I ended up watching The Art of Getting By today :)
great movie, love love love Emma Roberts and Freddie Highmore :)
plus I adore the movie August Rush in which young Freddie was starring, so it was kind of weird watching him 'grow up' in a short period of time *in my mind*
AND what's amazing is he's British! *I just found out like 5 seconds ago and I'm still freaking out AA!! :D:D:D*
And I also watched The Incredible, btw. It's pixar, it's awesome ! :)
But I was still bored. So finally, after debating the WHOLE day,
I started working.
After that I went to guitar lesson and found something out:
I love this thing called guitar.
And today was actually the first time i wore my fingertips off, after 5 years fiddling with this amazing instrument. 5 years!
But yea, I love guitar cuz even tho it's hard hard, but once you play a song, it's just satisfying.
On my way back home I listened to some Taylor Swift acoustics and demo recordings for RED album
*a special edition, I guess?*
And wrote small notes down of little ideas..
Including the idea of this challenge
and here I am now!
Hope to having an amazing 3-4 weeks challenge and holiday!
*This will end by around 15th of July*

Life's Great!
You know,
most days I woke up wishing that it'll be an awesome day.
Then life comes in,
start making a mess and ruin everything.
it messes with your emotions, your job, your everything,
and that day starts to be a bad day.
But then the day is getting older,
and as the day ends, one or two small things pops out,
and those things turn out to be one of the best thing ever that just made your day!
yep,
that happens a lot lately.
A small something,
a conversation with friends,
a really nice accomplishment,
a capital idea...
:)
so,
have faith in each day,
coz every single day is awesome!

Couldn't it be you?
A cage that sets you free.
Seems impossible, right?
Tapi mungkin hal itu bisa beneran terjadi, ya..
Somehow... :)
Quote tadi dari film Beastly,
A good movie based on a novel based on the story of Beauty and the Beast :)
But what I need right now might not be a cage nor a freedom..
Maybe just a little fresh air :)
To get me some new perspective,
To broaden my mind...
Some old friends to help me find myself again

Geisha
Yesterday I watched the movie Memoirs of a Geisha,
and I fell quite weird about it :P
haha
kidding, i like it :)
just 'like' though, i don't love it so so much..
i mean,
Michelle Yeoh is amazing!!! :D:D
*She's not exactly Japanese, but you get the idea*
And I just love "oldies" movie, i love the sound and feel of old houses and clothes,
and you know that Japanese old houses are fabulously woody and amazing!
Beautiful kimonos were there in the movie as well..
so fabs!
but then,
most of the actors and actresses playing the role are asians, yet they speak in english,
so they have this hard asian accent *Either they are asked to do asian accent or it's just their natural accent*
and i found it quite weird actually,,
I mean, their english are quite good*thanks to the well-written script*
and the accent gives the movie a more convincing 'Japanese' feel,
but at the end of the movie i realize i was quite 'exhausted' listening to their English..
Overall, it's good :)
Now, about the 'GEISHA' itself,
I think it is misunderstood by a lot of people..
People think *and i used to think* that geisha are worthless prostitutes.
but actually they're not!
they are ladies with extreme training on serving tea, dancing, playing Japanese musical instrument,
umm doing calligraphy maybe? and other skills to entertain people..
so yes, even though it might not be the noblest job in the world,
people shouldn't be ashamed of being a geisha..
unless, you are just pretending to be 'geisha'...
okay.
I don't really know what I'm talking about now.
bottom line: I think geisha-s are not that bad.
cheers!

belum ada 2 tahun sejak pengumuman kelulusan SMP..
tepatnya 2 tahun kurang 5 hari :)
waktu itu rasanya seneng banget :)
*sejujurnya enggak sih. sempet down aja karena nilainya nggak sebagus yang diharapkan,
tapi tetep seneng kok :D
oh well :D*
and time went by,
tanpa pernah membayangkan apa-apa,
ternyata here I am now,
less than 2 years later,
sekali lagi boleh tersenyum bangga dan berkata,
GUE LULUS
:D
jadi,
as some of you may know,
I'm home-schooled now :)
which is one of the best thing that has ever happened in my entire entire life :D
but by doing so,
i can't do UN SMA, which is the national examination held by the govt each year for the 12-grader
*because it's only for conventional schools*
but, i have the option to do a similar exam called Ujian Kejar Paket C,
and my mom encouraged me to try, so i did..
and it was literally the hardest thing i've ever done,
i was praying for days so i would pass the exam,
cuz like, in SMP I'm pretty confident that i'll pass UN,
but this time, I'm not confident at all..
but thanks God!
I passed *with hopefully* a good mark!
no news yet about the scores, but I'm just so glad I passed :)
so yea,
officialy *in Indonesia*
I graduated in High School,
under 17 y.o.,
less than 2 years since I passed UN SMP :)
Thanks God!

You got me dancing!
Guys! :D
as you might know,
I used to dance,
and yesterday the very person who taught me to dance once again celebrated her birthday! :D
I'm so happy for her,
and I pray that she'll be successful in every aspects of her life..
she's the one who taught me the beauty of dance,
the strength and gentleness of dance
that a dance should convey messages to its audience,
and that it will glorify our God..
she's the one who taught me to serve humbly,
and to always perform my best,
and to always push and work hard to learn..
that dance comes from the heart,
and it should be beautiful and it should worship God..
So,
Happy Birthday!
we all miss you so much! :D
and of course it's a joy every time we see you :)
it's great to see how God really holds her hand and guide her life,
she even has her own little ballerina now :D
LOVE and Take Care!
Cheers!
-*^^*-
P.S.:
as a complement i would like to link a video of Robert and Allison from SYTYCD,
performing Fix You *don't quite remember if i had done this before but here it is :)*
it moves me every single time i see it,
it's just so honest and it speaks to your heart..
i guarantee that it will make you stop for a sec and breath deeply in emotions you can't explain :)

99 Problems (Food Cover) by Sortedfood!
Hey guys!
thought of sharing this with you :)
so these boys run a youtube channel called Sortedfood,
and basically they made tutorials of different foods from different countries,
ranging from a very simple snack to a complicated-looking dish BUT of course they have simplified every thing
(well, most things really)
and last week they made a 'Food-Cover' of 99 Problems!
I hope you'll give it a go, watch this video,
like it,
then go and watch their videos,
or head over to sortedfood.com and get the recipes
and of course subscript to their youtube channel...
n'Joy!

Gladly saying au revoir!
Wow.
Almost 5 years ago, I stepped into a school, not knowing what is my fate in that next year,
hoping for a change...
and that's how I knew some of the most amazing people in the world...
para kakak-kakak kelas yang luar biasa..
dan nggak kerasaa banget,
sekarang mereka udah lulus..
they graduated from Senior High School!
man..
time flies sooo fast!
sebentar lagi mereka udah went their separate ways to colleges and universities...
with their own life to live..
(Which also reminds me,
next year it'll be my turn.
Shoot.)
Soooo...
Congratulations buat semuaaaa kakak-kakak kelas 12!
:D
soo proud of you guys!
I'm just praying, whatever is next for you, that you'll keep doing your best,
and stay true to what God has called you to do :)
I know not every one of you - dear kakak kelas - know who I am,
and I don't really know each and every single one of you..
But to those I'm fortunate enough to know,
You guys have really been an example for me,
your friendliness, your critical way of thinking,
your maturity, yet lightness in facing life..
my gosh,
you are high-school graduates!! :D:D
I can't really think how it will feel,
next year....
but to all of you who happen to be graduating this year,
one more time I congratulate you :)
and especially to the people I know as my kakak kelas,
thank you.
love you guys HEAPS,
CHEERS!

hey ho!
it's been a loooonnnggg time since i wrote something.
well,
too many things happened,
but too little time to rethink about it, or to write about it..
or simply just because they were too little to write about :)
*SINCE WHEN DID I SAY THAT??*
anyway,
I'm having such a good week!
Stayed in Salatiga yesterday to enjoy the 24-hour holiday..
eating lots and lots of tasty yummelicious food this weekend!
listening and watching new and old songs and movies that I love..
what a life, huh?
confusing things also happened this week,
but!
clear answers came right away, so no worries!
oh oh I also had Camp OSIS!
:D
like, a really good one!
Just like last year, it was held in Salib Putih.
I hope this camp will change their mindset and really do shape these leaders-to-be :)
the only down thing about this camp is,
not may alumni came, unlike last year when the ratio between the OSIS itself and the alumni was like 1:1 :p
but this year me and me friendsfly were trusted to be in charge with the outbond!
i don't really know what their reaction is to our outbond,
i hope we've done justice :)
Speaking of friends,
umm in these 2 weeks, 3 of my close friends *besties* were celebrating their 17th birthday..
2 Sweets to attend,
which were fun!
i met lots of unexpected people, and had a good time :)
Tremors of Student Convention is back!
I'm having horrible nightmare and terrible flashbacks every time i think of it.
urgh.
Also I'm in a very curious mode of one thing,
I'll definitely tell you guys later :)
but for now,
I shall bid you adieu and good night!

If you're broken, I will mend you :)
As you know, I love Taylor Swift and all her songs and stuffs,
and recently she did a song featuring Ed Sheeran.
and so,
he becomes one of my favorite now :D
I've been listening to his songs since yesterday!
well,
I listened to some of his other songs before, and they were not my favorite.
but then yesterday my dear best friend told me of this one song and I'm obsessed with it now :D
and as usual, because I opened it in youtube,
I can see what other songs he did,
and so I 'encountered' one more song :D
they are "The A Team" and "Lego House"
Both are emotionally 'hard' i guess,
but both are fantastic :)
especially the A Team song,
go find out what it is actually about ;)
and what I love about Ed Sheeran is the way he played his guitar..
his small, cute guitar.. ;)
the way he moves his body to the rhythm is also very cute.
and the fact that he does acoustics? What could be better.
so go check out his musics!
and it's dark in a cold December,
but I've got you to keep me warm...

MovieFeelin
How I love small noises!
the last few sips from the almost empty bottle of beer, *like, in movies*
the creaking sound of doors,
the sound of the wind,
someone's deep breath,
somebody chewing some bread,
all those give life more color,
more depths,
more emotions :)
thoughts?

The Vow
Today I watched this movie called 'The Vow",
starring Rachel McAdams (I knew her from Sherlock Holmes :P) aaannndd Channing Tatum!
so this couldn't be a bad movie right? :P
and it wasn't,
in fact it was beautiful! :D
ceritanya tentang young couple, they were married,
but one day mereka terkena kecelakaan, and the wife kena memory loss..
she can't remember who he is,
karena di memori dia, dia itu engaged sama cowok lain...
nah film ini berputar di bagaimana si cowok berusaha memenangkan lagi hati sii cewek yang lupa sama dia :D
secara jalan cerita,
hmmm konfliknya nggak begitu memuncak..
ada, tapi nggak super gunung gitu :)
tapi film ini isinya bener-bener sweet moments di mana-mana..
overall cukup bagus! :D
tapi endingnya juga model nggantung gitu,
tapi bagus and super sweet :')
apalagi menurutku di sini emosinya Tatum lebih bagus dari pada di Dear John.
*maybe not such a good comparison :P*
so!
intinya, kalo cari film yang action-packed, ini bahkan nggak ada action apa-apa..
tapi ini memang sangat sweet dan sad :'(
dan menunjukkan what love can do :D
hmm not #1 recommended,
tapi kalo lagi ada waktu senggang,
tonton ajaa! :D

So Long!
sigh.
soooo tired after the long week!
but you know what,
time doesn't really fly that quickly!
Or, is it the opposite?
Like, it was Monday,
and all of the sudden it was Thursday! :)
but most confusingly,
it's a bittersweet happiness..
I mean I'm soo happy to be back home,
and to finish the businesses,
but then I also love to go to school every single day and meet those amazing people!
they can get annoying at times, but they are actually just plain awesome people with great hearts :)
and now,
here I'm back to my normal schedule,
hiding my nose under books and more books...
looking for uni (UH-OH)

Morning Report!
So.
Yesterday was a horrible day :(
I was soooo bumped :(:(:(
Like, nothing bad happened..
Just the tests were as difficult as h*ll seriously x_x
And this is soo bad,
But if i can curse in a million languages, i would
*not a good example, don't do this*
but anyway,
The rest of the day went okay.
:)
Had a night sleep, just like the night before i woke up every couple hours or so,
Because i was so determined to wake up at 5! :D:D
And then, at 5, i went all sleepy and stuff,
But!
I saw something,
A mini creature, better known as mini frog.
Heeeelllppp!!
It's gone now though :D
As i got calm, after i took a quick shower,
I was reading some 'Did-you-know's..
And this one pops out: it says that too much protein consumption can decreas the amount of calcium in your body.
And then I remember this one tiny fact in my Nutrition Science PACE:
Chickpea: it has protein, as well as calcium.
So,
When we consume protein, God is also giving us calcium to 'payback' the lost one! :D
Get it?
Well anyway,
Gtg :D
Another big day ahead,
Hopefully every body doing the national exam will be able to perform their bestest :)
And just concentrate on the exam itself, not to the annoyng news about it :p
God loves you and stay Focused! :D
See ya'll!
Cheers!
-*^^*-
p.s.: i'm writing a mini series about conan fanfict in fanfiction.net if you are interested please read and review it :D the title is Can't Go Wrong :)

Day 2 of 'what-have-I-gotten-myself-into'
Oh.
I think i woke up a bit too early.
It's still so quiet here,
But that's okay :D
I love quiet..
It's one of those moments of silence :)
When you know there are 3-4 other people around you,
But they're not bothering you,
And they just give you the space to be crazy :p
No.
I'm not acting crazy this morning though :p
Umm.
Again,
Good luck to all of you UN participants, hope you have a georgeous day,
Stay focused, stay calm,
God loves you and He is with you! :)
And I hope my day will be as awsome ^^

Roomie
You know one of those days,
Where you feel like you need to study,
But you just don't have the energy to, or the inisiative to,
Just because you know that no matter how hard you study, the results won't change?
Well.
That's what happen this week.
Hopefully this will change,
But I'm just soo sick of things,
dwelling in boredomness right now :(
Ooh well :)
Still,
I had sooo many reasons to be thankful :)

T.O.U
Kurang lebih 5 tahun yang lalu,
Aku lebih tahu tentang kakak kelas, 1 angkatan di atasku..
Mengenal nama-nama mereka, kelas-kelas mereka,
Kepribadiannya...
Dan,
Whoa! Besok mereka udah mau UN!
Udah bakal lulus SMA, lulus sekolah :')
Ini sesuatu yang cukup mengharukan...
Because as i look back, i remember how they used to be....
They used to be cute..
Haha :p
I remember how i used to want to be like them.
I remember the loves stories, that didn't quite work,
Between angkatanku and angkatan mereka..
But now, look at them!
So mature in a very good way.
They've grown wiser, and stronger than ever :)
They've grown into such gentlemen and beautiful ladies...
I'll be praying for you guys,
I hope you'll be given sound mind, extreme concentration and focus, and that you'll be able to do yur best :D
God will always be with you, remember that!
Love you guys soooo much :')
Sukses my lovely kakakkss :')
So proud of you guys!
Cheers!

Lovely Lovely new Friendship!
How I love my friends!
they're just, there, for me!
:D
my friends are my mood booster too :)
okaay enough about that though :)
This morning,
my 'troops' from Salatiga came and we visited Victory Christian International Academy !
(click to see their website ^^ )
we shared about SC,
our experience,
we brought some photos and artworks...
and in 'exchange',
we had a school tour,
we 'observe' Art Class and Learning Center :D
we had the chance to be the supervisor for the day too :D
I think every body love this opportunity :)
sharing, making new friends, visiting other school that's similar to ours...
ooh and my friends were performing their singing :)
I think they did a marvelous job!
what a voice! :D
and what's lovely is that I know their hard work in rehearsals,
how our supervisor was always angry at them *HAHA sorry had to write this one* because they were not serious, focused, or they were singing the wrong tune....
but it all paid off, right guys? :)
umm yeaahh so now every thing's back to normal,
I gotta get beck to studying,
writing some more -maybe-
and it's me,
off!
CHEERS!

Butterfly fly away...
Walau bukan 'sahabat deket' tapi gue bukan complete strangers lahh :)
Ternyata dia bingung gimana mo ngasi undangannya.
Haha!
Yaa memang siih gue udah nggak satu sekolah,
Rumah gue juga jauh jadi ngga bisa kasih langsung,
Tapi gue diundang :)
Dan malem ini party'nya bagus :)
Dan gue juga jadi sadar...
Skitar 3 minggu lalu, temen SMA gue habis sweet,
Minggu lalu sobat SMP gue,
Dan sekarang temen SD gue...
Ternyata memang kita udah pada gede-gede,
Udah pada mau dewasa yaa ;)
Udah dewasa artinya harus bisa kontrol diri juga
Meskipun unexpected things happen seperti hari ini....

to D-guys
oh boy.
i think i just caused a huge misunderstanding.
shoot.
I mean,
c'mon!
it was supposed to be a joke :(
but anyway,
it'll still be fun!
I'm just still concerned about what will happen AFTER the event itself..

Food for thought!
Waktu itu harus dimanfaatkan dengan baik ya?
Banyaakk banget pasti plans menarik ahead of us,
Tapi rasanya waktu menuju itu lamaa banget,
Bahkan yang lebih nyebelin adalah
1. We can't really do much to make the clock tick faster
2. Ada hal" penting yang not as fun yang harus kita selesaikan dulu..
Tapi kok tetep dikasih jarak waktu itu?
Kenapa nggak langsung dicepetin jadi hari" yang fun doang?
I still don't know why,
But this might be the asnwer:
1. So we can be creative and came up with fun stuff that will bring impact to other people
2. So pother people have the chance to have fun as well
Does this help?
Nah, I don't think so.
But, yea...
