Exam week Sem 3 :D

Exam week 1 - or, for me, the Exam Week - is DONE
& with that, my 3rd Semester in uni is also DONE :D


I submitted my first 2 assignments on the 1st day -- I finished my essay on the prev day, so I was just submitting (adding a bit of reference, but changed nothing otherwise). My creative piece, on the other hand, I finished that morning. Yep, the pressure of deadline helped :p

BUT as I prepared to submit my writing, it dawned on me: I had no title. :p:p:p
So I starred at the screen for about an hour before I finally decided on something. Hmph. :)

With those two done, I focused on my other creative piece. I 'let go' of my French exam, bcs I really don't know what to study from.

I finished my draft the next day - happy me!

On Wednesday, I edited another draft & did my french exam. Was not happy with it, but oh well.

On Thursday, my mood to work has reduced, & I'm quite happy with the draft :)
A few minor edit, & then I left it that.
I baked instead :p


On Friday, after taking a walk & grocery shopping, I submitted my assignment.
If I had my fingers on that document even one minute longer, I'd go mad.
I'll definitely go back to it & edit in my own time, but for now that's the best I can do :)

Hopefully the tutor will like the abstract-yet-somewhat-clear storyline I'm aiming for :/



Then it's time to party!

KFC for Sat lunch & Yochi for Sunday's dessert ^^



I've been carrying my laptop in my backpack for weeks to finish those assignments, & now that they're done I'm so relieved :)

In the meantime, it's back to LDP course I'm doing & reading ^^
& family time in a couple of weeks!

SWOT-VAC Semester 3

Yeah. My swot-vac were never too productive. But it was alright.

I baked a chocolate cake on my first day of swot-vac xD it was good!
I tried to study as much as I can (study & do assignments), got distracted of course, several times.
But I was quite happy with my swot-vac :)

I certainly got overwhelmed towards the end O.O
realizing what I have to submit - 'finishing' everything that I've been working on for the past 12 weeks was harder than I thought.

But I'm glad I still have time to 'socialize' & hang with ppl during my swot-vac :)
Which! is by the way busier than my prev year's swot-vacs! I have 1 assignment due at the end of swot-vac, 3 items due on the 1st week of exam, & an exam in the middle of all of that. Lucky me :p

That does mean my exam is going to finish soon!
I have to keep reminding my self - 2 weeks to go. 10 days to go. 1 week to go.
I can do this. Hang on. Work hard. I will do this :)

I'm giving my best & surrendering everything :')


On the side note, I've been trying to write hand-written pieces xD
Idk. Maybe I'm too stressed out watching my laptop 24/7 that I need a 'non-digital' distraction, & I'm bored with the pieces that I've been working for weeks that I just need to pump out new ideas.
It's been great :) Short but sweet, just the way I like it :)

I treated myself to a croissant at the end of swot-vac. It was delish.
& I had a really nice lunch on a sunny Sunday.


Should be enough to keep the motivation going another week, no?

1 more week to the end of the semester!!!
