I just had the most amazing photography-hunting trip ! :D
soo last night me and my friends spent the night in Kopeng *in the lovely Pondok Penuai :)*,
and this morning we woke up at 3 a.m.
*trust me, it was a hard thing to do for someone who just slept at 11 p.m. :P*
then we wash our face and brush our teeth *not mandi yet :D well it's 3 a.m in Kopeng!*
and we drank Milo :D we also ate some bread..
I got roti keju :)
then off to Warung ngGunung :) *it's a restaurant, btw :) owned by my friend's fam*
we met a few more friends and 2 very cute dogs :D
and we captured the sunrise, but it was quite foggy soooo :(
but anyway! we experienced the " 'asap' that comes out from your mouth when it's too cold outside " :D
accompanied by hot sweetened tea :)
next, to a place near Treetop :P
well we planned on going to Treetop but it was closed due to the renovation,
so we just drove a little further and stopped at some point..
boy, it was cold but it was so pretty! :D
it was foggy, yes, but it made the whole thing a little bit more mysterious :P
Then we went to Ketep, to the volcano center where you can usually see very clearly, the majestic volcanic mountain of Merapi..
but just like I said, it was foggy :( and we couldn't see the mountain at all in the beginning..
so we just went around and shot some picts with a luncuran, a bench, and the warungs around the volcano center, until the fog was lifted a bit and we can more clearly see the Merapi :D
we went back to Warung Gunung and had our second breakfast round :P
with yummy and slightly spicy Nasi Goreng accompanied by warm Orange Juice :)
soo nice :D
and it prepared us for the greatest adventure of the day!
we went through the jungle =="
I mean, i think it was a jungle! there are trees every where, and where there is a tree, there are mosquitoes x_x
hehe but it was so cool!
we went down and down and down until we found this very small river..
still very clean and clear, and refreshing!
we took some more shots, and then we crossed the mini river to see some more views..
beautiful views! :)
we went back very tired, and itchy here and there, and with soreness, but also with great picts :)
we ate another portion of food..
maybe it's a brunch? dunno.
but it was bakmi and some cold drink..
i don't really know what it was..
they said that it was orange juice, but it doesn't taste like it.. hmmmm~~
anyway!
we went back to Pondok Penuai, packed our stuff, and back to Salatiga we went..
and we took with us a memorable experience and great photography tips and shots! :D:D
will share some picts if I have time :P
had to be selected 'coz i took maybe like literally a 1000 picts INCLUDING the outtakes :P
