T2W6 !! Thanks May 2015 !

!!!!!! WHATTT??
It's the end of week 6 of term 2?? :D:D
I'm soo happy, yet still working hard towards week 10 :')

On the happy note! It's also the end of the 5th month of 2015!!! WOW How time flies! :D

Last month I celebrated with a cupcake party ^^
This month, I celebrated by a BIG lunch! :D Have been planning it since last month and was TOTALLY worth it! I had a full meal of Grill'd Burger for lunch in this happy 31st of May ^^

The next month is going to be a 'fun' ride; physically, emotionally, and Spiritually!
As we enter June, we (the church) is also entering 40days of prayer & fasting, which I'm soo excited about! :D
No promises yet, but I'll try my best for sure :)
Physically --> I'm finishing all my assignments and having my exams this month, so it's gonna be tough, but I'll keep pushing through :D

And emotionally..
well, when those things are happening, aren't you going to be emotionally surfing? :)


Week 7 is up ahead, time to work hard, press on, and thrive! :D

May, can't believe you're over, but it's been AMAZING.

Crazy week!! T2W5!

This was the CRAZIEST week yet!!
1 essay in 1 week from scratch without prior lecture on the subject! Craziness!!
But what's done is done, and no matter what the result is I'll have to be proud of it... :')

To top it off! I still have more assignments to do in the coming weeks! HELP!
But I can do it through God Who'll strengthen me! ^^

Plus, today (Sunday) I -for the very first time eveeerr- played Keyboard at the Church! :D
THANKFULLY, it was not a solo -- a very, very skillful musicians played the major parts of the songs while I sneaked in here and there. Lots of stops caused by confusions and oh-I-don't-know-how-many mistakes and wrong chords I played, BUT I found it was a nice experience! With more practice I think I'd manage to play better :p:p
And also thankfully I know all of the songs, so the prep wasn't that hard..
PTL!!

It has been a crazy week,
So I'll go off to an early rest today, and wake up in the loverly week 6.

5 more weeks before a break, and I'm so ready for it!! Let's do this!

Week 4 (T2) is down! ^^

What a week!!
In the beginning of the week I was sooo overwhelmed by the load of assignments that demanded to be done!
But, thankfully as the week went by, things got better ^^

Weekends have been my fav part of the week haha :p
And although I still need to work hard during this weekend, it was not as tough as I thought it would..

A lot still need to be done next week,
Especially in preparation for the exams in the next month.
So, I still need to motor on and keep my head held high!


But for now,
Week 4 is down!

Happy Mother's Day 2015

This year is the first year I could not spend mother's day with my mom.

Not that I really love to celebrate these kinds of day or anything; in fact I really don't. But at least this gives us the chance to really think back to our moms and appreciate their hard works, and it's a day for mom to look back and realize how important they are in shaping the future.

Me and my mom are so alike in so many ways it makes us very different. We are two very persistent women, but sometimes we are fighting for different things. We may have different taste in movies or music, style and art, but we love those anyway. 

This distance between Semarang and Melbourne allows me to see my mom with a better view; no longer she's the woman who's constantly telling me to do things or reminding me of things it gets annoying (:p), but she's the brave woman that sends her daughter away to follow her dream. She's the courageous woman who encourages other women arround her to shine. She's the loving mother I'm so priviledged to have. 

Mommy, I can only give back so much to you,

But my thought, my heart, and my prayer are with you always..

Whistle while you work...

Week three of term 2 of college was HECTIC. 4 assignments to work on, which due in a few weeks. Pumped, nervous, lazy, tired, intrigued, all happening at the same time. This is the point at which I am thankful I’m not in Uni yet, because when I look at my uni friends, they all look even more terrified than me (hehheeee). But still, assignments can’t finish themselves, so every day is spent doing something! Which is also good, but tiring at the same time :’)

ANYWAY,

I’m very happy this weekend (this Friday), as I get to see my fellow iCare friends and laugh with them. We’re each other’s keeper: physically, emotionally, spiritually.

And tomorrow, another task is coming up: preparing decoration for the church’s Mother’s Day event. As you might know, I’m NOT very creative with my hands x_x but I am looking forward to going crazy with my friends and just try to make stuff up with the materials that we have :p:p so we’ll see how tomorrow goes…. Hopefully all goes well!

Man, week three is DOWN! 7 more weeks to go!  

I’m so looking forward to starting my assignments and watching their progresses, completing them, and satisfyingly finishing this term :)

I can’t wait for some family time after that :D:D:D

Thanks, April 2015! Hello May 2015!

WOW.
It's been yet another month in 2015!! :D
How fast does time really fly??

April has been a series of roller coaster, but surely it has made me, and everyone else stronger.

April has been particularly fun because I only have school for 9 days ^^ And the rest were weekend + term 1 holiday. How nice, eh? :D
Plus, no hardworking yet, no nothing!  :)
....... All of those are reserved for May x_x

The weather here in Melbourne was also kind of a roller coaster. Now I see what they mean when they say that Melbourne is a four-season city. I know exactly what that means.
It's been a little chilly for a week or so, but these 3 days will (hopefully!) a little 'warmer' :):)


May will have all the hard works I'd have to do to pass this semester, but also will be lots of fun with lots of things coming up!
I JUST CAN'T WAIT TO GET STARTED! ^^


To start the month of May 2015, a homemade french toast! And another little treat coming up! ^^

It's been 2 months since I'm here on my own, and almost 3 months since I set foot on this beautiful city. Just a few more weeks till I meet my family again and a few more months to my loverly Indo! :D
